A little recipe for the weekend, and a great one if you are hosting to impress your guests - Hazelnut, Salt Chocolate.
Chocolate is a daily must in my diet. It’s loaded with antioxidants, supports blood flow, makes you feel good, and supports cognitive function. It is also rich in some essential minerals for fertility, like magnesium, zinc, and iron! 🍫
You can make this from scratch with cacao and cacao butter (which is also fun) or just use a plain bar of dark chocolate.
You just need:
1 bar of chocolate (or more if you want to make more)
2 tbsp of cacao butter
2 handfuls of hazelnuts, crushed
2 large pinchfuls of salt
💫 Place a bowl on top of a small pan with 1 cup of water, and bring the water to medium heat.
💫 Break the chocolate into squares and place them in the bowl with 2 tbsp of coconut butter (butter, not oil).
💫 Add in a good pinch of salt and mix it all together.
💫 Once the chocolate has all melted, with an oven glove, drizzle the chocolate into chocolate moulds (I got mine from Amazon)
💫Then, sprinkle on the crushed chocolate hazelnuts and add extra salt.
💫 Place into the fridge to let the mixture set.
💫 Once it’s hardened, remove it from the moulds, wrap it in parchment paper, and store it in the fridge!
