ROASTED ROSMARY RADISHES

This has to be one of my favourite sides to any dish. We have grown radishes all throughout the summer, so this has been one of our go to's. I love how easy it is to make too.


Ingredients

  • Radishes

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Drizzle of Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Warm the over to 180 degrees.

  2. Wash, top and tail the radishes and chop in half.

  3. Add to an oven dish and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  4. Cook for 20 mins or until golden.
