There’s only one thing I need to boost my mood on a miserable day, and that’s chocolate 🍫
I'm not a massive Lindt fan, so I decided to glam up the 85% bar I had lying around in the pantry. It was so easy, so tasty, and a lot of fun!
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Break a packet of chocolate into pieces.
3. Place a small pan with some water in the hob and bring to a boil.
4. Turn the water down to medium-low and place a bowl on top of the pan (one that fits perfectly over the pan).
5. Add the chocolate to the bowl and let the chocolate melt slowly.
6. Add two tsp of coconut butter; I used @bionaorganic coconut butter.
7. Once the mixture has melted, with a glove, pick up the bowl and pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper.
8. Even out the melted chocolate.
9. Add the toppings of choice. I used pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and cumin seeds.
10. Place in the fridge for 15 mins to set and then enjoy.
I recommend storing the chocolate in the fridge.
